Join Transcom as a Team Leader on an Italian-language!
As a Team Leader on this project, you will be the key link between our team, management, and the client. Your role will be to lead, motivate, and guide your team of customer service agents, helping them effectively tackle daily challenges in the financial sector while ensuring outstanding service quality and achieving shared goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example and set high standards of professionalism in everyday work
- Provide daily coaching and support to team members, adapting your leadership style to individual needs
- Foster high motivation and maintain a positive team atmosphere
- Monitor and evaluate team members' performance as a subject matter expert, ensuring compliance with quality standards
- Set individual performance goals and continuously monitor progress
- Deliver regular feedback to agents to support ongoing skill development
- Conduct continuous training and coaching to help team members achieve defined goals and expectations
- Effectively coordinate tasks and responsibilities across different stakeholders (team members, managers, and clients)
- Ensure the team's behavior and performance align with the company's overall goals and values
What We're Looking For:
- At least one year of experience in customer support
- Italian language proficiency at C1 level and English proficiency at B2 level
- A proven track record of excellent performance
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A collaborative mindset with a willingness to share knowledge
- High level of organization, ability to work independently, and strong prioritization skills
