At InPlayer we develop the next generation video and digital asset monetization platform. The InPlayer team consists of leading industry experts who have helped manage the distribution and monetization of content for some of the largest media and technology companies in the world. We are a small team that's growing and we're looking for an Account Manager. We have some exciting projects and we are looking for talented people to meet and exceed the challenges we face. As a Account Manager, you will be:

• Responsible for managing several accounts and often being the face of the company to many clients
• Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements into well architected solutions 
• Leading and facilitating the resolution of client problems or concerns
• Proactively presenting enhancement ideas to existing clients 
• Soliciting customer feedback and working with Product team to communicate clients requests and priorities

We're looking for: 

• 2+ years of experience in a customer facing role
• Ability to understand the complex problems of our customers and implement them in market-leading technological solutions
• Excellent written and spoken English, with outstanding communications and presentation skills 
• Experience in discussing technology with customers is a strong plus
• You are fast in finding solutions, like to take initiative and you keep cool in stressful situations 
• Knowledge of the online video industry
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and self-motivated mindset. You get stuff done!
