Magna Mirrors South-East Europe, a division of Magna Mechatronics, Mirrors & Lighting - leading supplier of innovative closure systems, modules and exterior and interior mirror systems, is opening the following position for the new Magna Mirrors factory located in Ohrid/Struga region:
QUALITY INSPECTOR – WIRE HARNESSES
Key Responsibilities
- Root cause analysis of problems
- The coordination in the event of failures and associated measures (sorting, controls ...)
- Compliance with all specifications according to the test plan
- Quality responsible person in shift
- The implementation of the qualitative activities according to the test plan
- Creation of Quality Alerts and notice including employee training
- Initial analysis of defective parts
- Identification and documentation of line problems
- Scrap analyzes and documentation
- Evaluations, documentation, and problem analyses of production trial runs
- Inspection of sample parts per inspection instruction
- Starting the internal 8D process and participation in problem solving
- Supporting evaluation of measurement system through MSA studies
- Supporting of project teams
Key Qualifications / Requirements
- High school graduate (technical field advantage)
- Minimum 1 year experience with quality processes is recommended
- Working experience with wire harnesses (wires) is considered as an adventage
- Good English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Good interpersonal and effective organizational skills
- Base knowledge of quality tools and processes such as SPC, 8D , MSA's
- Base knowledge with Microsoft Excel
- Base knowledge of SAP is considered as an advantage
- Good technical understanding (interpretation of drawings, use of measurement devices)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Analytical, conceptual and cross functional thinking and acting
- Team oriented and result oriented
