An International IT services company is hiring an experienced Service Desk Agent (System Administrator).  We are a dynamic and exciting company with offices in Skopje.  We provide ITIL (ISO20000) Managed IT services to International clients.  The ideal candidate will be with high integrity, dedicated, customer focused and above all proficient in communicating responsibilities and deliverables with Clients.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering a client focused service experience for technology user queries in a professional and timely manner while demonstrating the highest standards of written and verbal communication,
  • Undertaking co-ordinated incident management in liaison with other operational teams,
  • Ownership of technology problems or requests until satisfactorily resolved,
  • Working with other  Service Desk staff and other onsite technology teams to deliver continual service improvement and ensure business requirements are being met,
  • Ability to acquire knowledge of business applications where first\second level support may be required.

 

Required skills:

  • Have a good understanding of Service Desk tools and practices,
  • Customer satisfaction driven and advanced communication skills,
  • Ability to work in a team with minimal supervision,
  • Excellent English skills,
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills,
  • Basic knowledge of software testing,
  • Knowledge of managing Windows servers, storage and other IT infrastructure,
  •  Knowledge of firewalls, routing protocols, VPN connections,
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft IIS, SQL concepts,
  • Experience with International clientsA team player with a "can do" attitude.
