IT Support Specialist - Personal Assistant to the CEO - IT Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Manager to optimize our lead generation efforts.

In this role, you will be responsible for improving sales by utilizing your marketing skills through various marketing tools.

This role involves both operational and managerial tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing operations: Utilizing the company website, writing content, creating various marketing campaigns, and supporting the Sales team in generating more leads through social media and marketing platforms.
  • CRM Management: Manage integrations with CRM tools to streamline lead management processes, ensuring accurate data flow. Salesforce knowledge would be considered as an advantage.
  • Lead Analysis and Optimization: Analyze and optimize lead generation campaigns to improve business efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to align efforts on lead quality and follow-up processes.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report key performance metrics, providing insights to enhance lead generation efforts.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and target potential clients effectively.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant marketing working experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce preferable).
  • In-depth knowledge of various lead generation techniques and tools.
  • Previous experience in creating marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills/abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, and be inclined to improve sales, with relevant lead generation working experience.
