Senior Project Manager

For this role, you will need to

• Lead and coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects focused on EV charging systems, acting both as a Project Manager and a Scrum Master
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews, ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies
• Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals, timelines, and requirements
• Collaborate with software developers, QA engineers, and other team members to design and implement effective solutions for EV charging systems integration
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept through to completion, including time management and resource allocation
• Identify and mitigate project risks, and handle any issues that arise during the project timeline
• Facilitate regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project progress, milestones, and deliverables
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, providing guidance and support to team members as needed, and promoting Agile best practices

Ideally, you will also have

• 7+ years experience in leading large-scale Agile transformations across multiple business units
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
• Experience in integration projects with APIs (REST)
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build strong relationships with stakeholders
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, Project Management, and Lean practices
• Demonstrate the ability to influence organizational strategy and decision-making
• Attention to detail
• Creative and analytical approach
• Adaptability and flexibility
• Excellent English language skills
