CONTROLLING EXPERT
Core responsibilities:
- Preparing regular and ad-hoc Controlling reports and analyses for the management, for Telekom Austria Group Controlling department and for shareholders respecting deadlines, reporting cycles and corporate standards
- Collecting, structuring and adapting data on regular basis with accuracy and precision
- Constantly monitoring company’s financial performance including business spending, costs and budgets
- Variance analysis and identification of key business trends
- Identification of areas for efficiency improvement in business processes and suggest actions/tools/changes in processes for improvement
- Active participation in compilation of forecasts, budgets and business plans
- Creation and adaption of planning model(s) according to business needs
- Ensuring timely delivery of all required Controlling data
- Automation of processes
- Automation of reports
- Data base analyze
- Compliance of internal processes and integration of control points
Job Requirements
- Excellent statistical and analytical skills and love for numbers
- Proficiency in advanced Excel
- Attention to detail and a well-structured mindset
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communications, planning and time management skills
- University degree in Economics and/or Technical science
- Hands-on-attitude and a great deal of self-initiative, being able to work with low supervision
- Team-player with a sense of humor
- Ability to excel under pressure, to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and to manage large work-loads
- Working experience of SAP (SAP CO or FI modules) is considered an advantage
- DBMS
- SQL experience min 3 years
- XLS advanced
