We are looking for a new member to join our customer support/admin team. Our line of work is property management, and our Skopje office supports the head office based in London, UK. The job is dynamic and requires speed and proactivity.
Some of the responsibilities include:
- Data entry
- Email management
- Organising and prioritising tasks efficiently
- Coordinating between clients and contractors to arrange meetings and appointments
- Liaising with different departments in order to provide quick solutions to the client's problems.
The ideal candidate will know perfect English, have good phone etiquette, and understand Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Documents, Gmail).
Other than this, other requirements are:
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to work comfortably in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to multitask
- Strong interpersonal skills
No previous experience is required.
