QUALITY ENGINEER - TO WORK IN UAE
Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Knowledge in Total Quality Control (Knowledge in MSA is advantage);
- Knowledge in FMEA;
- Making standards, making sure that standards are respected in production;
- Preparation of Control plan/inspection plan;
- Conducting internal quality audits (incoming materials; in-process; finished goods);
- Coordination of activities to reduce internal PPM. Participate in daily failures analysis meetings.
- Active use of quality management tools to identify the root causes of the failures. Identify Pareto top failures and assist the team in implementation of corrective actions. Evaluating the effectiveness of implemented corrective measures;
- Solve customer complaints, coordinate process 8 D report;
- Preparing labaratory test reports & Measurement equipment calibration;
- Document control;
- Design Validation;
Qualifications:
- Min 3 years expiriance in Quality;
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering;
- Good English in practice; - Teamwork;
- Analytical skills;
- Problem Solving/Analysis;
- Collaboration Skills;
