Job Description

Agile Pro Solutions (APS), headquartered in the USA is currently growing its team in Skopje.

For the needs of our Client in the USA, we are recruiting dynamic and motivated Appointment Setter B2C (Home Improvement). The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our residential home improvement business by identifying, securing, and contacting new customers to determine their needs, fostering relationships with existing clients, and providing exceptional service throughout the sales process. They evaluate and recommend systems, estimate cost benefits, provide written summaries, and follow up with customers. If you are passionate about renewable energy and have a proven track record in sales, we want to hear from you.

Working hours: Monday - Friday 4 pm - 12 am (16:00 - 00:00) on-site only 

Responsibilities: 

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online lead generation.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand the unique energy needs and requirements of each client, and tailor solutions to meet their specific goals and budget.
  • Sales Presentations: Create compelling presentations and proposals to communicate the benefits of home improvement to potential clients effectively.
  • Quoting and Pricing: Provide accurate and competitive quotes based on client needs, system specifications, and financial analysis. Execute change orders and update systems accordingly.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing their concerns and questions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and industry trends to educate clients effectively and offer innovative solutions.
  • Market Research: Continuously research and analyze the market, competitors, and industry developments to identify opportunities and stay competitive.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of all sales activities, including client interactions, contracts, change orders, and project details.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with our technical and installation teams, project management, and finance to ensure a smooth transition from sale to project implementation, to final sign-off the project.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in appointment setting, sales, and cold calling;
  • Excellent English proficiency;
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others;
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales and exceeding goals;
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously;
