Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, design and configure the wireless access network elements (GERAN, UTRAN, E-UTRAN, MW, DVB-T),
- Monitoring of the access networks quality,
- Site survey activities, drive tests measurements and analyses of the results,
- Optimize and improve the performance of the access networks,
- Acting upon customer complaint tickets and undertaking proactive steps for problem overcoming,
- Working on various SW management and performance monitoring tools provided by the technology vendors or developed in-house,
- Preparation of analytical reports to the management considering the performance of the access networks.
Job Requirements:
- Electrical engineering diploma - Telecommunication (Bachelor of Science – VII/1),
- Knowledge/understanding of the access networks technologies: GSM, UMTS, LTE, MW and DVB-T,
- Knowledge of ZTE RAN and Ceragon MW equipment will be considered as an advantage,
- Excellent communication skills in English,
- Strong team oriented capabilities, highly motivated and inventive person,
- Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills,
- Driving license B category.
