Location: Remote

We are searching for an innovative VP of marketing to join our growing company. As the VP of marketing, you will develop brand and marketing strategies, delegate tasks to the marketing team, set and achieve targets, and establish relationships with the media and clients. You should be able to build relationships with a variety of professionals.

To be successful as a VP of marketing, you should be a keen multitasker who thrives in a competitive environment. Outstanding candidates have extensive marketing experience and can make decisions under pressure.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Marketing (B2B)
  • 3+ years of experience as VP/Head/or Marketing Director
  • Strong understanding of gaming industry, paid media, ASO & SEO landscapes
  • Advanced leadership skills and proven expertise in elevating team members to a high level of performance.
  • Ability to work with various teams in a complex environment, ensuring timely delivery of multiple projects.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to collate, analyze, and present data and drive clear insights into decisions that improve KPIs.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and manage relationships with senior management, company divisions, and partners
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (the knowledge of any additional foreign language would be a preferential skill)

Responsibilities:

  • Set current and long-term goals, leading and coach a high-performing marketing team
  • Analyzing existing branding and marketing strategies and improving upon them
  • Conducting market research and implementing new strategies based on findings
  • Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly
  • Closely monitoring competitors’ successes and failures and learning from them
  • Monitoring industry trends and scheduling meetings to share new information with the team.
  • Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and yearly budgets, and allocating resources appropriately
  • Setting daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets, and implementing various incentives to ensure they are achieved.
  • Work closely with the sales department to align sales and marketing strategies
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to drive partnerships, alliances, and business opportunities
  • Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company’s objectives
  • Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing event
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the CEO
