Job Description

Agile Pro Solutions (APS), headquartered in the USA, is currently growing its team in Skopje.

For the needs of our Client in the USA, we are recruiting dynamic and motivated CAD & Permit Specialist.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CAD & Permit Specialist to manage multiple CAD drawings and permit processes, ensuring successful completion within scope and budget. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in AutoCAD, well-organized, and skilled in coordination and communication. A strong foundation in engineering principles and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment are essential.

Working hours: Monday – Friday: 4pm - 12am (16:00 – 00:00); on-site only in Skopje

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to lead design work and permit acquisitions, handling multiple projects simultaneously (typically 4-5 at a time).
• Provide CAD drafting to the Engineering team.
• Interpret engineering and architectural documents to inform project planning and execution.
• Assist in generating and managing bills of materials, securing engineering approvals, and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare and submit project plans and drawings for permitting.
• Take on additional tasks or projects within your expertise, ensuring high-quality execution and positive contributions to team and organizational goals.
• On-time, on-budget project completion with a focus on efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Communication & collaboration with the Engineering team and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related technical degree preferred, with substantial experience in AutoCAD drafting, bill of material development extraction, and permit preparation/acquisition.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Expertise in developing bills of materials, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications, and coordinating permit application processes.
• Demonstrable capability to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
• Proficiency in [standard] AutoCAD, 3D modeling, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent communication skills in English
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
