Join Transcom as a Trainer on an Italian-language!
As a Trainer on this project, you will be the key link between our team, the client, and their customers. Your mission will be to empower our agents by providing them with the knowledge and skills they need to respond quickly and effectively to everyday challenges in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, organize, and deliver training programs for new agents, refresher training sessions, and individual coaching sessions
  • Monitor and evaluate candidates throughout the training process
  • Prepare reports and provide updates on completed training sessions, coaching activities, lead agents, and team leaders
  • Attend client meetings to receive training, updates, and relevant project information
  • Develop and maintain training manuals and materials
  • Communicate regularly with project employees regarding new procedures and ensure the knowledge base remains up to date
  • Create weekly, monthly, and annual training plans
  • Analyze and continuously improve individual and team performance, while developing recommendations and action plans for further performance enhancement
  • Present proposed action plans, collaborate with managers, and provide guidance on implementing improvement plans to support agents' professional development and maintain service quality
  • Participate in the preparation of the annual training plan in cooperation with relevant departments
  • Ensure compliance with company training processes, procedures, and the client's standards and values

What we're looking for:

  • At least one year of experience in customer support
  • Italian language proficiency at C1 level and English proficiency at B2 level
  • A proven track record of excellent performance
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for sharing knowledge
  • High level of organization, ability to work independently, and excellent prioritization skills
