Required experience and studies:

• Good communication skills – written, spoken, listening; Strong interpersonal skills
• Able to work to multiple and overlapping deadlines; Attention to detail/accuracy; Logical approach
• A good vision of the development possibilities of the company; Able to use own initiative; Take responsibility for own work
• Computer skills (MS OFFICE PACKAGE);
• Fluently spoken English language;
• Able to adapt to a dynamic work environment

The main tasks are:

·       Communicating with existing clients,

·       Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;

·       Arranging travel, visas, and accommodation

·       Screening phone calls, inquiries, and requests, and handling them when appropriate;

·       Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;

·       Dealing with incoming email, often corresponding on behalf of the manager;

·       Taking dictation and minutes;

·       Carrying out background research and presenting findings;

·       Producing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations;

·       Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings;

·       Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other staff.
