For the needs of our client, a renowned Austrian company and leader in the telecommunications market, Motivi Employment is seeking an experienced Virtual Endpoint Expert to join an international ICT services team.
In this role, you will design, implement, and support enterprise Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions, enabling secure and efficient digital workplace experiences for business customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and operate Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop environments.
- Support VDI migrations, upgrades, and infrastructure modernization projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex 2nd and 3rd level incidents.
- Optimize performance, security, and availability of virtual workplace solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Several years of experience with Citrix technologies.
- Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop and Microsoft Azure.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments.
- Understanding of authentication and security mechanisms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English language skills.
