For our branch in Zhelino, we are looking for a talented, experienced and initiative personality in the following position:
TIME STUDY ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
- Time studies,
- Calculation of parts and product calculation
- Shop floor visual management: labelling tools with serial number; labelling of bins for small parts and fasteners
- Develop, introduce and follow up the continuous improvement process CIP
- Implement a Shop floor meeting that includes production relevant KPIs’,
- Responsible for availability of all required instructions regarding production (PFD/ FMEA/ Gauge verification / work instruction
- Implementing of the 5S system in the company. 5S (Process-owner for the whole plant) / CIP (Process-owner)
- Directs or conducts observation and analysis of personnel and work procedures to determine time-and-motion requirements of job duties.
- Analyses work study data and equipment specifications to establish time and production standards.
- Applies mathematical analysis to determine validity and reliability of sampling and work study statistics.
Requirements and qualifications:
- University degree in Mechanical engineering, Industrial engineering or related field.
- 2+ years’ experience as an Engineer in the field Time studies
- Good knowledge of MS-Office especially Excel
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement tools and their application required.
- Proven track record for developing, training, & coaching teams strongly preferred.
- Prior working experience in Continuous Improvement
- Well spoken and written English language
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with & positively influence all levels of the organization.
