Holding the position you will ensure the Customer Satisfaction in order to guarantee the quality of the service. Managing customer expectations is a key part of your performance.You will be the first point of contact for the customers.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Respond to emails in accordance with established procedures;
- Provide technical support to customers (trough e-mail)
- Follow up with the customers until problem is resolved
- Monitor the relevant queues
- Follow up on cases assigned, creation of new cases according to the processes
- Lists
- Answers directly to the General Manger
To be suitable candidate you need to possess:
- Excellent level of English language
- Good knowledge of second language is a plus
- Excellent customer handling skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimum supervision
- Experience in customer handling or IT background will be an advantage
