Customer Support Specialist fluent in English

Working time: 08.00-16.00

Holding the position you will ensure the Customer Satisfaction in order to guarantee the quality of the service. Managing customer expectations is a key part of your performance.You will be the first point of contact for the customers.


Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Respond to emails in accordance with established procedures;
  • Provide technical support to customers (trough e-mail)
  • Follow up with the customers until problem is resolved
  • Monitor the relevant queues
  • Follow up on cases assigned, creation of new cases according to the processes
  • Lists
  • Answers directly to the General Manger


To be suitable candidate you need to possess:

  • Excellent level of English language 
  • Good knowledge of second language is a plus
  • Excellent customer handling skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimum supervision
  • Experience in customer handling or IT background will be an advantage
