Magna Mirrors South-East Europe, a division of Magna Mechatronics, Mirrors & Lighting - leading supplier of innovative closure systems, modules and exterior and interior mirror systems, is opening the following position for the new Magna Mirrors factory located in Ohrid/Struga region:
MAINTENANCE ENGINEER - Injection department

Tasks:

• Performing repairs of machines and equipment on injection molding department. Responsible for stock of the spare parts. Compliance with TPM and evidention of TPM, preparation of relevant documentation
• Responsible for condition of machines, evaluation of MTBF, MTTR
• Active involvement into improvement of process with suggestions and observations. Monitoring of results of suggestions and communication with department of development and Six Sigma.
• Compliance with the principles of quality systems according to ISO, with principles of safety and health protection at work and environmental protection
• Monitoring of compliance with the principles of work safety, fire protection, order and cleanliness in the workplace, actively proposes to ensure ergonomics in the workplace

Requirements:

• Technical education (bachelor’s degree or equivalent)
• At least 3 years work experience in manufacturing – Injection production
• Excellent command of spoken and written English language
• Knowledge of reading and understanding maintenance documentation
• Good command of MS Office Package
• Good interpersonal and effective organizational skills
• Customer oriented
• Teamplayer
