SINCERITAS offers premium workspace at our facility in Rosoman and administrative office in Skopje.
1. Purpose of the Position
To ensure the accurate receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of pharmaceutical cannabis products and materials in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), GMP/GDP guidelines, and ISO quality standards.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and finished products;
- Accurately record inventory movements using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS);
- Store products under defined environmental conditions (e.g., temperature, humidity) as required by regulatory standards;
- Prepare orders for distribution, ensuring correct labeling and documentation;
- Ensure proper segregation of quarantined, returned, expired, or rejected goods;
- Safely operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment;
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse in accordance with 5S standards;
- Provide support during cycle counts and physical inventory counts;
- Report deviations, non-conformities, or damaged goods to the supervisor;
- Support the implementation and compliance with SOPs, GMP, GDP, and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
3. Qualifications and Experience
Mandatory:
- Secondary education or equivalent;
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in a regulated industry (pharmaceutical, food, etc.);
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in a cannabis or pharmaceutical warehouse;
- Forklift operator certification;
- Knowledge of ERP or WMS software systems.
4. Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies
- Understanding of warehouse procedures and safety protocols;
- Knowledge of GMP/GDP principles;
- Attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Basic documentation and record-keeping skills;
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg).
5. Working Conditions
- Exposure to cold storage conditions;
- Prolonged standing;
- Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
6. Quality and Compliance Responsibilities
- Compliance with all SOPs and Quality System Regulations (QSR);
- Participation in internal audits and inspections;
- Contribution to continuous improvement in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
