Our Client is Pivara Skopje one of the leading companies in Macedonia, a joint venture between Coca-Cola HBC and Heineken. In order of supporting and further development of the commercial excellence unit, HILL Skopje is for looking for analytical and competent person for the position of

 

                                                                         Category and Insight Manager

 

Requirements:

• University degree
• Working experience in cost analysis, finance or category management, preferably in companies which used SAP programs
• Proficiency in English language
• Proficiency in computer skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems effectively
• Comfortable and accurate in working with data and numbers
• Detail oriented with strong emphasis on accuracy and consistency

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing data from a variety of sources to provide visionary consumer, category and shopper insights to drive profitable category growth
• Translating customer insights into actionable strategies which drive performance and leading category management projects to bring joint value proposition
• Leading the development and cascading of Pivara Skopje Category Vision for the business unit
• Leading the shopper and consumer research agenda, by defining and following on the research areas relevant for the business
• Leveraging with Customers the Role of the beverage category to raise its profile and opportunity through Category Vision onboarding and deployment
• Driving category relationships with customers, as well as developing strong working relationships with Key Account, Marketing and Sales teams
