On the heels of market expansion and growth, Resonate is hiring a Software Test Analyst to join their team. Resonate is an Australian Scale-up organisation that has an enterprise Customer Experience (CX) platform (SaaS). Our Voice of Customer and Voice of Employee platform leverages the latest technology including machine learning, text analytics, and data visualizations to help close the loop faster and deliver actionable insights to leading companies. As a Junior QA Engineer, your responsibilities include designing, writing, maintaining, and executing Test Cases/Suites and collaborating with the Development, Operations and Business Analyst teams. To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for quality, be extremely well-organized, love thinking as the user and have great time management skills. You will feel ownership over the quality of the product, and you should be proud if it!

Candidate Profile and Experience:
- Have 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Ensure our product quality stays high
- Be an effective problem solver, can think outside the box
- Value quality, and inspire those around you to do the same
- Be proactive, demonstrate initiative, and execute!
- Be hungry! For knowledge, for success and for action-packed fun!
- Be an independent thinker, but good team player.
Technically you should:
- Be able to design test cases, understand scope, prep data, optimise test coverage and build out the QA
- capability of our platform
- Have experience with industry tools (Manual and Automated Testing).
- Have strong (MS)SQL skills.
- Demonstrate understanding of the STLC
- Have practical experience in a Quality Assurance role.
- Degree in Engineering or IT
