For more than 25 years FUEGO is continuously increasing its presence in MK, Alb, and Ko markets and rises up to a leadership position in its segment. Due to the further expansion of the regional operations, we are searching for:

Group Brand Marketing Coordinator (MK/ AL/ KO)

Participates in the creation and implementation of marketing programs to support the growth and expansion of the products portfolio. Communicates with target audiences through versatile communication channels, digital advertising, implementing online and offline marketing initiatives. Maintains strong communication between marketing executives and internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

•  Preparing a marketing strategy based on the strategic plan for the brand/brands and the directions by the Regional Brand Manager.
• Conceptualizes, plans, implements, and reports on marketing campaigns for the brands
• Analyzing customer behavior data to develop tactical and strategic initiatives for the company.
• Implementing and tracking data related to marketing campaign success. Uses data to track the success of marketing activities and predict new opportunities
• Creating, monitoring, and controlling the budget for marketing activities and ensuring their best and most effective use
• Based on an already prepared and approved marketing strategy and campaigns, secures the timely creation and delivery of all advertising materials
• Takes care of the proper representation of the brand on social media in agreement with the Marketing strategy and contoured implementation of the contents
• Collecting offers from local suppliers for the purchase of promotional materials
• Preparing a media plan and monitoring its implementation
• Creating designs for the needs of the brand's marketing strategy
• Taking care of website functionality and managing the website content
• Performs in-store visits to check the implementation of the merchandising standards

 Job Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing will be considered an advantage
• +3 years of experience in marketing and communications, online marketing and graphic design
• Good knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Experience in digital marketing and social media
• Fluency in English language is a must
• Fluency in Albanian language is an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Communicative, creative, analytical thinker
