Content Creator (Senior)

For the needs of our client, a renowned Austrian company and leader in the telecommunications market, Motivi Employment is seeking a creative and experienced Content Creator to join an international team.

As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating engaging communication materials, presentations, visual content, and storytelling campaigns that support employees, customers, and stakeholders across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality content including articles, presentations, videos, and internal communication materials.
• Develop storytelling concepts for complex technical and business topics.
• Design visual communication materials, presentations, and infographics.
• Support internal communication channels and engagement initiatives.
• Monitor content performance and optimize communication strategies.
• Research new trends, tools, and AI-powered content solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Media, or related field.
• Experience in content creation, corporate communications, or marketing.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
• Experience with PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Fluent English language skills.
