BtoBet, a leading technological solution and platform provider in the iGaming industry with a passion to deliver cutting-edge products, is looking for a head of development join our team.

 

This is a leading position of managing a “tribe” of few development teams utilizing scrum methodologies. If you are a true leader, looking for managing leaders and engineers and would like to have a pivotal position within a fast-growing company, this opportunity might be suitable for you.

 

Reporting to CTO.

 

 Responsibilities

 

  • Managing a “development tribe” consist of scrum masters, team leads, developers and testers organized in SCRUM teams.
  • Problem solver, provide a focal point for his “tribe”, prioritize, and solve issues that arise during the development process.
  • Delivery manager – Responsible for the tribe’s SDLC, deliverables and timeline. Deliver on time and on budget with a superb quality.
  • KPI based management – manage scrum teams based on KPI. Track and maintain each team’s KPI, continually improve team’s performance using KPI’s.
  • Coach team leads and scrum masters to maintain scrum methodology.
  • Proactively assessing the lead’s maturity and constantly raise the bar to improve the leads overall KPIs within a sustainable pace of change.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, framework users, and program owners, assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.

 

 

Requirements

 

  • MUST HAVE: At least a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management or equivalent.
  • MUST HAVE: Background as a senior developer for at least 5 years.
  • MUST HAVE: 3+ years of experience as a scrum master or team lead utilizing SCRUM methodology and JIRA tools.
  • MUST HAVE: Scrum methodology knowledge, scrum KPIs, scrum reporting.
  • MUST HAVE: People management soft skills.
  • Technical knowledge of micro services architecture, AWS, SQL and NOSQL databases is an advantage.
  • Experience as a system architect is an advantage.
  • Experience as manager of managers is an advantage.
  • Eagerness to act as a mentor and lead other leads to excellence.
  • Solid communication skills including excellent English language skills, solid writing skills and solid people skills

 

The salary package will be discussed during the interview process and is based upon experience.
