Responsibilities:
- Helping customers/drivers over the road
- Organizing towing support
- Instructing maintenance vice
- Coordinating for services
- Sending reminders for due services
- Creating WO’s and data input and update in software
- Approving repairs
- Monitoring cameras.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Experienced in trucking
- Detail-oriented
- Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
- Able to work in shifts
