ACCOUNTANT
This role will involve:
- Neat receipt and load of the accounting documents
- Initiating flow for approving invoices
- Prepares payments
- Update and reconcile account payables
- Assist with reviewing of expenses
- Booking of documents (received and issued), posting and daily reconciliation of journal entries
- Booking of transactions registered on bank statements
- Reporting cash balance three times a week
- Preparing requests and other documents for submitting to institutions
- Assist senior accountant in conducting month-end and year-end close process
The Ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant
- Proven experience as a Junior accountant or similar position
- Good understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in English language
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Will to work in dynamic environment
- Confident person with effective communication skills
- Analytical thinking and ability to process high volume of data
