ITD Distribucija DOO, is seeking to recruit:
Documents operator in warehouse
Responsibilities:
- Attends the clients who comes to warehouse for pick-up delivery.
- Keep record of required documentation by the company procedures for entrance and delivers of goods, by carrying out the necessary checks of posting invoices, receipt of goods and transfer of goods in the warehouse.
- Organization and archiving of incoming and outgoing documents in warehouse.
- Working in company SW – Microsoft NAV in relation of posting invoices, deliveries and other entry/exit documentation.
- Communication with service department and keeping record according company procedure for issuing and return of goods.
- Takes care of the daily travel orders of drivers and the submission of drivers' costs to the finance department.
- Fulfills in time all requirements for the supply of goods for internal use, upon work needs.
Candidate’s Requirements:
- Minimum of two years’ experience in administration or similar job positions.
- High School Education
- Good knowledge of the IT products - preferable
- Very good knowledge of the Office Package.
- Very good communication skills
- Very good organizational skills
- Availability/Disposition to work overtime
- Team worker and ability to work under pressure.
