Brand Marketing Executive (BME)
Position purpose:
The incumbent Leads implementation of the brand marketing strategy in the field to support achieving the company targets: volume & distribution goals as well as brand awareness. S/He will be accountable for collecting and analyzing markets, preparing programs to execute as per brand strategies to create/maintain brand awareness and image; organize, implement & evaluate marketing activities; select partners and maintains relations with them; provides inputs to shape strategy and plans for the market.
Position description:
1. Marketing strategy & plans for markets. BME supports her/his line manager to prepares marketing strategy & plans for the coming year not later than Dec of each year in cooperation with respective brand managers, based on brand plans & guidelines in order to ensure achievement of the market KPIs on sales and revenues. Each marketing plan/activity includes KPIs. Strategy and plans are approved by Brand Development Manager and Country Commercial Manager.
2. Marketing plans/activities execution. BME is responsible to ensure the implementation and execution of marketing plans on time, accurately and efficiently. Execution includes without limitation: print campaigns, web, social media, broadcasting media, events, BTL promotion campaigns & sponsorship. S/He cooperates with sales and trade marketing to achieve execution targets.
3. Market info & analyses. BME is responsible to gather data, analyze and propose corrective actions or other activities as per need to ensure successful launch and further performance of the respective brands.
4. Execution evaluation. BME evaluates the execution of each plan and activity based on KPIs agreed not later than 30 days after the activity/project is closed. S/He proposed corrective actions (potential improvement} for coming activities/projects based on the analyzes of current ones.
5. Brand awareness and image. BME monitors brand awareness and image in the respective markets, works pro-actively to improve and proposes actions needed to increase awareness and image of EUROLAB brands. S/He is responsible for the quality of activities and respective promotional materials produced as well as placement in the market.
6. Reporting & presentation. BME prepares brand reports monthly or as per instruction by Brand Manager & Country Commercial Manager as well as other reports and brand studies as per need. Monthly reports are delivered up to 5th of the coming month. BME presents campaigns to the personnel involved prior to activities ensuring to send the message across to everyone.
7. Contractors. BME is responsible to manage contractors of Eurolab which are contracted to perform duties on her/his area of responsibility. At the end of each activity/month sends a report to country commercial manager (Brand Manager on cc) & finance regarding contractors’ work. No payment is made without approved report.
8. Others. BME is ready to perform other duties as per company needs within the scope of the contract and country legislation.
Requirements Education:
University degree or equivalent in Economics/Marketing or related fields
Work Experience: min 2 years’ experience in sales/distribution/marketing.
Languages & Computer Skills and other skills: Fluent English and Italian Language,
MS Office;
Proven skills in management & leadership of teams & building teamwork
