Marketing Specialist

Thrasker is a fast-growing website development and digital marketing company located in St Petersburg, FL looking for a digital marketing specialist to help manage our marketing division.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage all paid search campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, as well as other search and display marketing engines. A successful Marketing Specialist will effectively manage the paid search budget and work with the SEO and Marketing team in order to maximize ROI, drive traffic, and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management – Build and manage multi-channel PPC advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, Amazon, YouTube and more.
  • Assist w/Client Acquisition – Help acquire new clients from the incoming leads by providing expert digital marketing knowledge and insight on how our company can help their company grow in profitability through lead generation.
  • Client Relationship Management – Own and build client relations with key accounts and act as the daily point of contact for your clients.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy - Develop and implement digital marketing strategy for new and existing clients.
  • Campaign Creation– Build campaigns from the ground up, including account set-up, campaign planning/organization, competitive analysis, keyword research, and ad copy writing.
  • Campaign Optimization - Test and optimize bids, keywords, text ads, image ads, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
  • Reporting & Analysis – Establish and track client goals, perform deep-dive performance analysis, write and present client reports.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of professional digital marketing experience
  • Sales or customer service experience
  • Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other search and display marketing engines
  • Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing
  • In-depth experience with bid management tools
  • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports
  • Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development websites.
  • Experience with Shopify websites
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Google Ads Certified
  • Facebook Blueprint Certified
