Job role

As a member of the Nedcann management team, Electro-Mechanical Engineer is responsible for engineer and mechanical installations, organize, manage the performance of mechanical installations and keep detailed documentation of the work done. Conduct research and provide electrical and mechanical services, study the mechanical-technological characteristics of certain materials, products, and processes and programs plans, designs, develops, and conducts tests on electronic and mechanical assemblies and/or systems. Control and monitoring HVAC  and GMP  critical equipment. Will have close cooperation with the QA&QC, Production, Purchasing, HR Managers.

 

Your Responsibilities Include

 

• Organizing and managing the construction of air conditioning systems heating, cooling, ventilation.
• Establishment of standards and procedures for control of efficient execution of machine projects, equipment or systems, as well as supervision during their execution.
• Maintain all electrical and mechanical systems.
• Maintain EMS and BMS.
• Technical cooperation and consultations with other relevant experts.
• Preparation of relevant documentation and writing of reports.
• Performing related activities.
• Maintain HVAC system:

  -  Chilled water supply

  -  Electricity

  -  Heating water supply

  -  Control system

• Maintain external back up system.
• Supervision of other workers and coordination of performance activities.
• Design of test control apparatus and equipment.
• Provide training for required staff.
• Evaluation of operational systems and recommendation of design modifications to eliminate causes of malfunctions or changes in system requirements.
• Direct and coordinate activities with the engineering department which include design, manufacture, and test electronic, and failure.
• Analysis as required.

 

Your Profile

 

• BA in Electrical / Mechanical or equivalent.
• 5+ years working experience in an operational mechanical/electrical system preferably in a larger corporate preferably in a BMS(building management system), GEP(good engineering practice and  GMP(good manufacturing practice).
• The ability to innovate and keep up to date with mechanical/electrical systems, initiatives, and practices.
• Experience in areas such as production staffing, onboarding and assimilation, local training delivery, performance management, employee engagement, and recognition programs.
• Relevant technical knowledge and up-to-date sector knowledge.
• Project management skills.
• The ability to multitask.
• An analytical and problem-solving approach to work.
• Oral and written communication skills to make technical information easy to understand for non-technical audiences.
• Flexibility in order to adapt to evolving technologies.
• Planning and organizational skills, such as time and resource allocation.
• The ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Leadership and management skills to help with career progression.
• Commitment to continuing professional development (CPD) throughout your career.
• Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to creatively tailor solutions.
• You speak fluent English and Macedonian.
