Merot is seeking a dynamic Lead Generation and Content Marketing Specialist to drive the  business development initiatives to one of our clients. This role is crucial for generating high-quality leads, nurturing client relationships, and managing content that aligns with our client commitment to innovation and excellence in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in lead generation strategies and content creation, with a proven track record of successfully engaging target audiences and enhancing brand presence.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive sales opportunities.
  • Follow up with leads/clients and convert them into meetings.
  • Track progress and ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
  • Manage and optimize SalesForce for lead tracking and campaign management.
  • Write and distribute a monthly newsletter.
  • Create impactful content on relevant topics (3x per month).
  • Post content on personal and company LinkedIn pages (2x and 1x weekly, respectively).
  •  Manage and upload contact lists, ensuring they stay up to date and accurate.
  • Create and send follow-up email campaigns via SalesForce and Mailchimp.
  • Manage Mailchimp data and develop strategies for continued client engagement.
  • Engage with clients and industry professionals on LinkedIn/social media through likes, comments, and shares.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of social media strategies.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Experience in the construction or real estate industry.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take on challenges, with a commitment to learning and professional growth.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with an eagerness to apply them in a construction company context.
  • Creative and analytical thinking skills to contribute to innovative marketing campaigns and business strategies.

 Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in lead generation and content marketing.
  • Proficiency with: CRM Software (SalesForce)/ Lead Generation Tools/ Email Marketing (Mailchimp)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to create impactful and meaningful content.

Note: The working hours for this position are from 2 PM to 10 PM, MK local time. This is a hybrid role with the option to work remotely or from the office.
