Magna Mirrors South-East Europe, a division of Magna Mechatronics, Mirrors & Lighting - leading supplier of innovative closure systems, modules and exterior and interior mirror systems, is opening the following position for the new Magna Mirrors factory located in Ohrid/Struga region:


HR SPECIALIST

Key responsibilities:

  • Creates and advertises job vacancies in accordance with Magna rules as well as administration of internal and external portals for jobs advertising
  • Participates in pre-selection of the candidates, interviewing process and actively communicates with the candidates during the recruiting process
  • Supports the administrative part in the recruiting process and employment of the candidates
  • Registers and deregisters employees in accordance with the legislation
  • Maintains HRIS database and employees files, administrating and updating of the whole personal documentation according to the local law (vacations, sick leaves, allowances, annexes..)
  • Supports all processes within the scope of work of the HR department (contacts with institutions, orientation of new employees, preparation of reports, creation of policies and procedures, etc.)
  • Implements all Magna’s programs and platforms for training and support
  • Executes on strategies and plans for training and development initiatives
  • Identifies training needs by creating training plans and development plans, with close cooperation with the respective managers
  • Participates in performance evaluation processes
  • Provides first line support for various employee inquiries and serve as a primary contact for all HR matters
  • Fosters the Magna Fair Enterprise Culture within division

Required qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience in HR
  • Good proficiency of Microsoft Office, (knowledge of MS Excel tools for working with large amounts of data, such as Pivot tables and VLOOKP would be beneficial)
  • Great knowledge of Macedonian Labor relations law
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to accomplish tasks with limited supervision
  • Team player
