Who Are We?

We got to work four years ago with the aim of helping young companies scale. Having merged out of the European technology start-up & investment scene, we speak the same language as our clients and apply the same structured, data-driven decision-making to everything we do. Today, we work with some of the hottest technology and e-commerce companies in the world and we’ve grown to over 40 people.

We currently have three locations: Amsterdam, London, and Skopje, with a flexible and remote team structure that allows individual freedom. To root us and bind us together, we rely on shared values. These are present in every decision we make and every interaction we hold with clients or candidates.

Your role….

The Researcher is a key part in our growth strategy by finding exceptional talent, taking full ownership of multiple searches simultaneously, generating high quality talent pipelines and contributing to overall process/product improvements. We are looking for somebody that has the analytical skills to outperform on research and gets energy from working on hard-to-fill challenging roles. We believe that having a flat structure and giving freedom to each unique individual will help everybody develop and ultimately support Tomato’s purpose.


You will…

  • Take full ownership in driving multiple search processes simultaneously
  • Generate high-quality (high-volume) talent pipelines under very tight timelines
  • Determine the best sources to acquire top talent: LinkedIn, Github, Stackoverflow, Facebook, Twitter, Angel List, Dribble, Behance, Kaggle etc.  
  • Use Boolean logic, craft search strings and develop hunting grounds
  • Developing in-depth knowledge/insights into one or more domains (roles/ industries)
  • Partner with the Recruiter to effectively profile key search criteria and skill sets for each role, generate ideas around developing the sourcing strategy and the hunting grounds -
  • Work closely with the Recruiter and the Talent Coordinator to ensure smooth and timely process

  • You have successfully obtained a University Degree
  • Fluent in English
  • Self-driven, goal oriented, smart and analytical
  • Highly accurate and able to multi-task and prioritize work
  • You share our core values and are excited to take part in shaping the future
  • Team player with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Eager to learn and always willing to go the extra mile
