Video Conferencing Specialist (Mid Level)

For the needs of our client, a renowned Austrian company and leader in the telecommunications market, Motivi Employment is seeking a Video Conferencing Specialist to join an international Unified Communications team.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise video conferencing and collaboration solutions for international business customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and operate video conferencing and collaboration solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for conferencing platforms.
• Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and optimization activities.
• Support 2nd and 3rd level incident resolution.
• Prepare technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Participate in technical trainings and certification programs.

Requirements

• Experience with Cisco Webex, Cisco CMS, Cisco TMS, or similar conferencing solutions.
• Knowledge of VoIP, Unified Communications, IP Networking, and collaboration technologies.
• Understanding of Windows, Linux, and virtualization environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to work in an international environment.
• Fluent English language skills.
