Taskforce is currently looking for an ambitious and driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our Advertising Team in our office in Bitola.
The role of the Lead Generation Specialist will be to target and engage new clients via LinkedIn and email campaigns by creating value, developing deep relationships and strengthening brand loyalty. This is a position for an individual eager to learn and grow a career at one of the fastest-growing companies in the country with 300+ employees.

Required skills:

- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills in English;
- Ambitious and motivated individual;
- Persistent whilst remaining polite desired qualifications:
- Excellent Analytical skills;
- Experience in research and or/sales;
- An ability to manage time effectively;
- Focused and target driven individual;
- An ability to work with others and use own initiative;

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with our marketing team on implementing online sales strategies;
- Identify and establish contact with potential clients, identifying decision-makers;
- Effectively create and deliver qualified leads to the Sales team;

Experience and education:

- University diploma in Business, Marketing, Economy;
- Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint);
- Experience with email outreach, sales, and CRM Software management is a plus;
- Previous experience with Business Development / Research/ Sales is preferred;
- Experience with social media/copywriting is a plus;
