We are seeking an English-speaking person who will communicate with the clients daily.

The ideal candidate should have a high level of organization and excellent communication skills.
As part of your duties, you will be maintaining communication with the clients through emails and phone calls and communicating the issues with the team.

Responsibilities:
- Using the company's IT systems to communicate with the right clients at the right time
- Entering communication details in the systems
- Communicating with the clients daily and staying on top of the client issues
- Communication with 3rd Parties and using 3rd Party systems when needed

Requirements:
- Fluent knowledge of the English language, oral and written communication
- Elementary computer literacy skills, ability to use email and various applications efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with clients and the team clearly

- Previous engagement is an advantage but not mandatory
