We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Site Engineer to join our team. The Site Engineer will be responsible for managing on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily site operations and construction activities.
• Collaborate with project managers and architects to ensure project specifications are met.
• Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Monitor site progress, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Conduct site inspections and risk assessments to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports and daily logs.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer in construction or civil engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction processes.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of English; proficiency in Turkish is a plus.
