Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Management and maintenance of the Mobile Radio network measurement system. Ensuring equipment operational level and working conditions.
- Planning, development and implementation of short or long test strategies, and definition of metrics. Providing benchmarking quality of service via organizing drive test measurements.
- Using measuring equipment and protocol analyzers to detect network faults. Tracking issues, ensuring reporting and escalations.
- Closely cooperating with other relevant departments.
- Participation in local or group projects and in other Quality Management team related tasks.
Job Requirements:
- University degree (preferably in Telecommunications)
- Experience in telecommunication industries (preferably experience with Mobile Radio, Optimization or Operations.
- Understanding of network elements, communications and services.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Computer skills (knowledge in Windows, Linux, MS Office).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills. Decision-making and problem solving skills. Customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to coordinate numerous activities within tight deadlines.
- Proactive and initiative, flexible and kind personality.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in front of demanding audiences.
