What we look for
We are looking for an IT System Coordinator to support the daily management of IT systems and services. This role involves assisting with communication systems, network infrastructure, and user support to ensure seamless operations across various platforms.

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree – Information Technology and systems/Computer Science and Information Science (Recommended, not necessary)

• English Language Proficiency (Business English, both written and spoken)
• Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Fundamental knowledge of LAN/WAN, printers, various OS, servers, VPS, mail system
• Fundamental knowledge of telephone systems

 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing Avaya telephone system extensions, ensuring smooth communication and escalating issues to senior specialists.
• Assist in the maintenance of company network printers.
• Assist in hardware and software upgrades, installation, and configuration.
• Monitor and report on network infrastructure performance, including wired and wireless connections (LAN, WAN)
• Provide help desk support for common computer issues, troubleshooting problems.
• Assist in managing of Office 365 services, including email setup, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
