Job Description

Agile Pro Solutions (APS), headquartered in the USA, is currently growing its team in Skopje.

For the needs of our Client in the USA, we are seeking detail-oriented Data Entry & Transfer Specialist to support the manual transfer of the documents from one platform to another. This role requires precision in downloading, organizing, and uploading files based on specific project structures while ensuring proper tracking, auditing, and metadata capture as needed.

Working hours: Monday – Friday: 3pm-11pm CET (on-site only)

Responsibilities:

• Manually migrate documents between platforms, aligning with predefined project and folder structures.
• Track progress meticulously to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct audits to verify successful migration and maintain data integrity.
• Capture and apply metadata as required for proper classification and searchability.
• Troubleshoot issues related to file formats, access permissions, or platform limitations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to confirm document placement and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain clear documentation of migration steps, issues encountered, and resolutions.

Requirements

• Experience with document management systems, file migrations, or data organization.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), or similar platforms is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while ensuring accuracy and accountability.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
