For our Client we are looking for:
Accounts Manager
We seek an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee customer accounts, provide exceptional service, manage documentation and ensure timely invoice generation. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, customer service, financial management and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service
- Manage customer relationships and resolve queries.
- Provide timely updates on orders and deliveries.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Documentation
- Prepare and send invoices, packing lists, and commercial invoices.
- Generate documentation as required (e.g., packing lists).
- Maintain accurate records and files.
Financial Management
- Manage accounts receivable and payable.
- Track payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Analyze financial data to support business growth.
Communication
- Correspond with customers via phone, email, and mail.
- Send offers, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales and logistics.
Day-to-Day Activities
- Process customer orders and requests.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Essential Skills
- 3+ years of experience in accounts management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with accounting software.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Customer service-oriented.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CA, ACCA) are desirable.
Personal Attributes
- Proactive and adaptable.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Working Conditions
- Office environment.
- Standard working hours (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM).
