Activity Recording Support (Senior)

For the needs of our client, a renowned Austrian company and leader in the telecommunications market, Motivi Employment is seeking a highly organized and analytical Activity Recording Support Specialist to join an international team.

In this role, you will support activity recording processes, reporting, and data management across multiple countries, ensuring accurate and reliable information for business and management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop activity recording structures and booking logic.
• Support users and resolve activity recording and reporting issues.
• Prepare reports, analyses, and management dashboards.
• Coordinate with international teams and stakeholders.
• Participate in rollout activities and process improvements.
• Support data quality, reporting accuracy, and process documentation.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, ICT, or related field.
• Experience in reporting, controlling, data management, or business analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent English language skills.
