Admin and Customer Support Adviser – Skopje Office
Join VERV Group LLC, a London-based property and hospitality agency specializing in property management for high-net-worth clients and independent landlords. We transform properties into high-spec excellence and deliver world-class service to tenants and guests.

As we expand to our newly opened office in Skopje, we are seeking passionate and skilled individuals to join our team as Admin and Customer Support Advisers.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products, services, and policies.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints with appropriate solutions and alternatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or service-related issues.
• Escalate complex cases to higher-level support teams when necessary.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of customer details and interactions.
• Educate customers on new features, services, and benefits.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English.
• Relevant Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related industry.
• Tech-Savvy: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
• Time Management: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Multitasking: Comfortable handling multiple inquiries simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Problem Solving: Critical thinker who remains calm under pressure.
• Additional Languages: Knowledge of other foreign languages is a strong advantage.

  Sunday - 10am-6pm ( 2 Sundays per week)

  Monday 5pm-1pm (Fixed)

  Tuesday - Saturday 10am-6pm/1pm-9pm rotational

• Competitive Salary: Starting salary of 35,000 MKD for a full-time position (40 hours/week).
