( Male )Trainee Hospitality Recruitment Consultant -Skopje

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a sales driven Recruitment Consultant with either a Recruitment or a Sales background (preferably within the catering/hospitality industry) in our Skopje office.

ECB is a specialist employment agency supplying staff to the hotel and hospitality industries. Established in 2001, we have developed a reputation for supplying the best temporary and permanent staff to hotels and restaurants throughout central London. Our senior management combine experience of working in 5 Star Hotels with graduate-level education in Hotel and Catering Management. Our extensive experience gives us a unique insight into the catering industry.

As a Recruitment Consultant your duties will include:

• Recruiting, matching, selling and placing/filling a temporary vacancy to new and existing clients
• Maintaining existing business through managing client accounts
• Account management
• Flexibility and ability to make decisions are also key in this quick-thinking environment
• Advertising
• Resourcing
• Creating long term candidate loyalty
• Admin duties
• Assist other areas of the business where necessary
• Use of social media and job boards
• Have excellent communication skills both verbal & written
• Good IT skills

Recruitment Consultant Specifications:

You will have a winning personality and have the ability to build relationships with both clients and candidates. You will be a team player and have ambition and drive. The role would suit someone with either a Recruitment or a Sales background (preferably within events/hospitality industry), is not afraid to pick up the phone and is looking to join a team of Industry experienced professionals with excellent career progression. In return, you will receive an excellent starting salary of 30000 DEN.

The hours are Monday to Friday 9:30am-18pm with some evening and weekend work if the business dictates for which you would receive time back in lieu.
