ECGalert is one of Macedonia’s most innovative startup projects. Our mission is to provide people comfort and peace of mind through continuous remote heart monitoring. This is especially important for people diagnosed with chronic heart conditions or at-risk of a heart attack. Quite simply, we believe that our product can help save lives.

We have built a core team and a product we are proud of, got funding from Macedonia’s Innovation Fund and partnered up with the University Clinic of Cardiology. 

As a Quality Manager, you will closely work with our CEO and the software development team with one primary goal: to help get ECGalert CE certified.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and document a quality management system within the organization
  • Ensure that the organization’s quality management system conforms to customer, internal, ISO (9001, 13485 and 14971) and regulatory/legal requirements
  • Report to the CEO on the performance of the QMS (e.g., results of quality audits, corrective actions), including the need for improvement
  • Keep up on standards, regulations/laws, issues, and news with respect to product (service) quality
  • Work collaboratively with the rest of the team in delivering long-term value and quality to customers

The skills and experience you’ll likely have

  • Outstanding writing skills in English
  • Experience working with ISO standards or similar legal/business writing
  • Preferably a bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience
