Job brief

Provide personal administrative support to management and the company through conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities including receiving and handling information.

The goal is to secure the effective operation of our business and the satisfaction of our clients to achieve accelerating and sustainable growth.

 Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements
  • Maintain schedules and calendars
  • Arrange and confirm appointments
  • Organize internal and external events
  • Handle incoming mail and reply
  • Answer inquiries and provide information
  • Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs and specifications
  • Create reports, analyze and interpret data about training need of companies
  • Assist the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Coordinate operations and ensure schedules, deadlines and objectives are met

Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Familiar with customer service principles and practices
  • Proficient user of MS Office
  • Outstanding organizational abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
