LIDL, the international German chain of grocery stores is expanding  in Macedonia. LIDL operates around 11,200 stores worldwide and are active in 32 countries, employing more than 310,000 people globally. On behalf of our client, DEKRA is looking for:

Junior Consultant- Buyer

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop the category with best price/quality ratio;
• Negotiation of products in the entrusted category;
• Market research; Analysis of current and future trends;
• Assist in the developing and perpetual improvement of the assortment – both with products from local and international suppliers;
• Assist in the definition of sales prices; Assist in the finalization of negotiations with local suppliers;
• Preparation and key role of testing of current and potential products;
• Maintain a supplier relationship based on mutual gain;
• Prepare all needed documents for listing, price change, contracts;
• Daily communication with local and international suppliers and other Lidl countries.

QUALIFICATION

• Previous work experience is not necessary;
• University Degree (preferable education in Business Economy or Trade);
• Fluent English Language skill;
• Knowledge of German language is preferred (candidate should strive to learn it- free German language lessons will be organized);
• Driving license.

• Detail oriented;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

*This position includes a training period of 12 months in Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia, Germany.
