Office Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with setting up meeting spaces as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Qualifications:
- To be able to use English and Macedonian languages effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or relevant field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Enjoy working in a highly dynamic environment.
- Willingness to learn new concepts.
- Positive attitude, Intelligence, adaptability, and flexibility.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Enthusiasm for innovation and technology.
