Кернел Гроуп ДООЕЛ Скопје има потреба од Software Project Implementation Consultant поради што е во потрага по кандидати кои ги исполнуваат следните услови:

• Proven or willing to advance in project management experience in controlling medium to large implementation projects
• Have the ability to rapidly build personal relationships with clients to make communication more efficient.
• Focused on the requirements gathering, software set up, workflows and dealing with the clients.
• You will be happy talking to clients and looking at their business processes, gathering their requirements, configuring the software, implementing the solutions and training the end users.
• You will have solid commercial awareness, good documentation & communication skills and a passion for software, cloud solutions and IT.
• Work cross-functionally with the Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to ensure a successful implementation, engagement, usage, and customer experience
• Be pulled into demos, discussions, and use-case scenarios or assist sales reps with various types of technical and implementation conversations
• Ensure checkpoints are completed where necessary
• You will prepare and be trained to prepare software reports such as Jasper Reports
• Knowledge in SQL is considered as a big plus
• Proficient with Microsoft excel, PowerPoint and word
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
• Track record of managing time appropriately, prioritizing and being very organized
• Comfortable with technology, willingness to learn the details of our product
• Ideally have a professional experience with the above mentioned criteria or you are in the end of your university studies and plan to begin your career with as a software implementator.
